What is Work In Progress?
I grew up as a musician and actor, and started my professional life as a creative. I’ve now been teaching yoga and meditation for many years. While the settings and circumstances have evolved, at the heart of these practices is an admission to being human, with all the messiness that entails. This newsletter is an invitation into the world from that lens, where you can expect vulnerable and quirky takes on human stuff, as well as some glimpses into my personal life. We’re all works in progress, and this is a place to embrace that. Community is a fundamental part of everything I do, and my hope is that we can cultivate a safe little corner on the internet to explore life together here.
About Me
My name is Aditi Shah, and you might know me from Peloton, where I currently teach yoga, meditation, and Pilates to millions of people around the world. I’m curious about the way that we relate to ourselves and our worlds, and I’m passionate about storytelling, connecting with and empowering others, as well as supporting my communities. I love beauty and style, and I travel frequently. You can follow my adventures on Instagram and TikTok, and learn more about me on my website.
Why Subscribe?
I absolutely love connecting with you all on social media, and I’ve created this newsletter is an opportunity to share deeper and more personal views. It takes time, effort, and vulnerability to create.
A paid subscription (monthly or yearly) offers access to that deeper and more personal content - which I don’t share anywhere else. You can also choose to become a founding member, which allows me to invest more into this community. It’s especially meaningful now, at the beginning of this journey. I hope that subscribers will feel that through their investment in this project, they gain access not only to me, but also to a community of people with collective wisdom to share.
If you know anyone who might appreciate what we’re doing here, please feel free to share. You can also gift a subscription!
Your support means the world to me. Thank you for being a part of Work in Progress!
Aditi
